Heidi's Gluten-Free Greatness Now Available by Special Order
Heidi Dean’s outstanding gluten-free products are now available weekly by special order, exclusively from the Cornwall Community Co-op. Call us or stop by the market to place your order by 4 PM on any Saturday to lock in fresh delivery the following Friday morning. For example, if you place an order by 4 PM on Saturday, February 20, it will be ready for pick-up on Friday morning, February 26.
There’s no better way to guarantee fresh-baked greatness! Choose from the following:
Fresh-baked sandwich breads: classic, multigrain, cinnamon raisin
Baguettes: Italian herb and garlic, rosemary and olive oil, seeded, cranberry walnut, golden raisin and fennel
Specialty items: 10-in pizza crust, croutons, bread crumbs (plain or Italian style)

In Season… Meat: Fresh whole chickens and chicken breasts, skirt steak, ground beef, chicken sausage, bacon, pork roast
Veggies: Red peppers, collards, kale, Boston lettuce, shiitake and portobello mushrooms, broccoli, leeks, baby spinach, mesclun, arugula, sweet onions, gold and red beets (in bunches), French fingerling potatoes, green cabbage, asparagus
Fruit: Bananas, grapefruit, Fuji and pink lady apples, pears
Dairy: Cow's milk feta, mozzarella string cheese, baby Swiss and Emmentaler cheese, quark cheese, Fage yogurts
Prepared foods: Wild mushroom vegetarian paté, sushi and Hunan dumplings from Macro Vegetarian, bbq tofu from Karen Sisters
Dry goods: Dried split peas, Cucina pasta sauces, sparkling water (liters), organic dry ramen, Blue Sky sodas, Cracklebred, oatcakes
Baked goods: Breads from Bread Alone, pita bread. You can also special order gluten-free baked goods from Heidi Dean for pick-up next Friday.

Can I order 1 loaf classic gluten free bread and 1 pizza crust?

I ordered a loaf of Heidi’s classic sandwich bread and a baguette last week. They are delicious and it is so nice to know that they had been baked that very morning. It is great that the Co-op is carrying these products.
