Heidi's Gluten-Free Greatness Now Available by Special Order
Heidi Dean’s outstanding gluten-free products are now available weekly by special order, exclusively from the Cornwall Community Co-op. Call us or stop by the market to place your order by 4 PM on any Saturday to lock in fresh delivery the following Friday morning. For example, if you place an order by 4 PM on Saturday, February 20, it will be ready for pick-up on Friday morning, February 26.
There’s no better way to guarantee fresh-baked greatness! Choose from the following:
Fresh-baked sandwich breads: classic, multigrain, cinnamon raisin
Baguettes: Italian herb and garlic, rosemary and olive oil, seeded, cranberry walnut, golden raisin and fennel
Specialty items: 10-in pizza crust, croutons, bread crumbs (plain or Italian style)

In Season… Veggies and herbs: Sweet corn, red and green peppers, romaine, spinach, mesclun, arugula, eggplant, acorn and spaghetti squash, red and gold beets, tomatoes (beefsteak, cherry and San Marzano), Burgundy green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, dill and parsley, fennel, leeks, kale, mushrooms (shiitake, portobello, and white), potatoes (red, Yukon, and Adirondack blue), garlic, shallots
Fruit: Melons, apples (gala and ginger gold), Concord grapes, peaches, plums, avocados, grapes, mangos, bananas, lemons and limes, strawberries
Meats: Local grass-fed beef (patties, ground beef, sirloin, hanger steak, London broil, and brisket) ground buffalo, whole chickens, Murray’s chicken sausage
Refrigerator case: Local eggs, local kombucha, local assorted cheeses, fresh pastas and dumplings, Maple Hill yogurt, Ronnybrook milks, yogurt, crème fraîche, and ice cream
Baked goods: Bread Alone bread and pastries

Can I order 1 loaf classic gluten free bread and 1 pizza crust?

I ordered a loaf of Heidi’s classic sandwich bread and a baguette last week. They are delicious and it is so nice to know that they had been baked that very morning. It is great that the Co-op is carrying these products.
